Well, it’s finally happened. Your co-host isn’t pulling their weight, you’re pissed off, and you’re fixin’ to go Super Sayan on their ass. Calm down, and listen to this episode before you send a Kamehameha Wave through their face.

First, this is probably your fault. Most of us are not great communicators, and we have a tendency to assume others know what we’re thinking when we’re thinking it — we make a lot of assumptions as a result. When you and your co-host are at one anothers throats, there’s a good chance that poor communication is to blame. So, in this episode we’ll start with three things you should do *before* taking on a co-host. Then we’ll talk about what to do if it’s time to let your co-host go, and how you might avoid doing that by turning the situation around.
